Will it rain later today?

The bars show the chance of rain for each hour left today. We call an hour likely to rain at 50% or more. A 40% hour is a genuine maybe; what a chance of rain means explains what to do with one.

Will it rain tomorrow?

The last line gives tomorrow's chance of rain and how warm it gets. A forecast for tomorrow is nearly as good as one for the next few hours: in our marking, rain calls for the next day came true 56% of the time and dry calls about 19 hours in 20. Beyond three days, treat a rain icon as a maybe. The numbers are in how far ahead the forecast is accurate.
